Building strong relationships both internally and externally, Helping customers succeed with our solutions. Support and communication are key to ensuring our customers are kept up to date on new features as well as making the most of the existing. 

Why Clearooms

After just 1 year I have felt more valued and appreciated than I have across my whole career. This is an exciting time to be part of Clearooms as we continually grow and develop. I love being part of a team that appreciate, value and support each other and have no doubt that we will all benefit from it's great success that we are on the path towards.

Who am I?

Almost 20 years of customer focused roles. My career started in customer support and developed into many other areas such as Account Management & Solutions Consultant. Learning how to communicate and adapt. I am a goal driven, self motivated professional. Passionate in delivering the best customer experience. Focused on building strong, long lasting customer relationships, believing in the importance of accountability and honesty. I have learnt that internal relationships are as important as external. Having a strong team around you who support and value each other is crucial to the success of any company. 

Advice for prospective candidates

Be honest, patient and ready to problem solve. Focus on the skills you can bring and develop in ensuring you can deliver first class Customer support. Have goals and passion that will drive you forward.
