Pre Interview Call
A short, informal video call to say hello, check availability, communication, and make sure we’re on the same page before diving into the full interview process.
- Stage 4
1st Interview
A more in-depth chat with our CTO to talk through your experience, technical approach, and how you might contribute to our mobile app development.
- Stage 5
Code Review
After the first interview, we’ll send you a short coding challenge. It’s designed to reflect the kind of real-world work we do, not to trip you up — and we’ll review it together later.
- Stage 6
2nd Interview
A final conversation with both our CTO and Managing Director to explore how you’d fit into the team, share feedback on your code test, and answer any final questions you have.
- Stage 7
Formal Offer
If all goes well, we’ll send you a written offer outlining the role, salary, and other key details.
- Stage 8
Background Checks
As a final step, we’ll carry out routine background checks before your official start date.
